We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- The return must include all original packaging and enclosures, including certificates or documents that came with the item.
- Items that are worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at sales@radiantcarat.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and return your item.
We will confirm the collection date and time with you once the return is scheduled.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original item and make a separate purchase for the new one. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with the new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@radiantcarat.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
Final Sale & Refund Timing
We will process refunds as soon as possible, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
